The usb connection to the computer seems quite loose.  Its good enough to stay in, but if I move it around it wiggles around substantially, if anyone else has this is this normal for this?  The other side of the cable that plugs into the dac/amp itself is also somewhat loose.
 
I'm a little disappointed with the poor quality of this product.  I know its a budget dac/amp, but I expected for a $100 plus product at least the connections would be legit.

Not yet.  I probably should, I wanted to see if this was just normal or not, I'm guessing it isn't.

mine is the same.  I don't find it an issue.
