Im deciding what headphones to buy, but im kind of leaning toward the m50 le.
I want an overall good sq and good bass without an amp being necessary (an iphone
Should be able to power it well)
Usually, i listen to top 50 pop, rap, and alternative rock. I want headphones that
Are over ear, noise isolating (without much leakage), and are kind of portable.
My budget is $100-$175 but i could go up to about $200 if its really worth it.
If you have any other headphone suggestions, feel free to tell me. All help is

I found the M50 easier to listen to, but many find the 580 good for the types of music you listen to.  I would probably go with the more colored 580 in your case.  They both are great headphones for the price.

I think the 580 is the better bet for portability's sake. Also take a look at the 780 as well. More refined, a tad less bass, but still plentiful.

I can vouch for the HFI780. Do bear in mind though, the 780 does fold in but the earcups are quite big. No amp necessary.
