yes the ck100pro, thanks for the correction. To me the entire IM0X lineup couldnt come close to ck100pro. I own the im04 and i still think ck100pro is more better. 

I enjoy the ckr10 but it is rather lacking in midrange and dry. 

I had CK100Pro and then bought IM04. Ck100pro got sold.. IM04 retain same detailing but adds much more bass

Now that I listen to CKR10 I realise why I loved it so much before, the low end is so lively and it goes great for jazz.

I've always been a huge fan of the CKR9/10 and an all-round Audio-Technica fanboy, so I'm really eager to try the new CKR100 and CKR90. Love the design, too. I had a hard time deciding between the CKR10 and the IM04 at my last visit to Yodobashi Akiba, but chose the latter for its luscious mids. The price looks just about right as well.

At the side-bottom, you can see, still made in China, unlike IM03/04 which made in Japan. I don't care if still made in China because MSR7 is made in China too. I hope CKR100/90/70 don't have same fate like CKR10/9/7 (counterfeited)

From my understanding yes it will be,not only having a better build quality and removable cable,but i think they are using different drivers.
Reviews will tell soon how they sound.

Preliminary reviews on kakaku are mixed, with some indicating a lack of improvement (considering the great improvement in price lol).
