They really don't have anything "new" under $100 yet though they do usually release new models second or third week in October.
CKX9 is not new anymore, CKR below the 9 and 10 are rehashes so not really new either. If you don't want to wait, the CKR7(redone CKM model) may be around $100 though importing fee will put it over that price. The IM70 is most likely the best bet...http://www.accessoryjack.com/audio-technica-ath-im70-dual-symphonic-in-ear-monitor-headphones-red.html?gclid=CNjs_5yohMECFeJF7AodKFYAUA
I would recommend waiting as they get better each time and there are new drivers out after the last releases, newest AT sport have a 28 Ohm driver and so does Senn's new CX lower end so most likely some new Fostex drivers. Those are cheaper models though. Senn does have new models first in the Momentum and CX5.00(same driver different implementation) for about $89 and $99 so new AT models in that range can't be far off.
Also, I myself, hold out hope for AT to get on the Hybrid train. What are we kidding, if Sony is doing well with it, AT will follow with their own. Not sure if it will be this fall and what prices will be though.
I would, again, say good things come to those who wait a little longer, esp. at this time of the year
though if you do go for one, make it the IM70. They have replaceable cables, a good sound, and plenty of Head-fi impressions. They are over the ear only if that matters, a bit big, and red only but still a solid choice.
