Well I have decided to buy a pair of M50's and have been looking for a good price online and have found one website selling them for $105 USD

and another for $108 USD

my question is if either of these two websites are safe?  It just seems odd that they sell them so cheap when sites like Amazon sell them for $150.  This is my first pair of nice headphones and really dont know my way around these websites so any help is greatly appreciated.

These guys are not listed on resellerrating, but they claim they have been selling on-line since 2006, weird.
 
There are good prices for used ATH-M50s on eBay.
