Yeah, that's it. Yank it out at an angle from one side.
BUT its gonna be kinda PITA when putting back the pads on your first try.

You'll get used to it though. Just needs some patience putting it back together that's all. After all what's the hurry eh?

Well, it worked for me.

BTW, if you're more daring (and have itchy fingers) like I was eventually, you can open up the plastic housing, very easy, just a 4 screws and you can access the innards of the ES7.

Ignore the bit where I said something about warranty. IIRC, there is no screws under the white stickers.
