The FAQ is not wrong nor is it outdated. All because they haven't put each individual shipping date in the FAQ does not mean it is wrong. It says ship by Feb 22 and the headsets have begun shipping.

Was there any attempt to at least get pre orders out first? I still haven't received any response on order I had submitted (was a very early pre order and playstation version). Am hopeful you can shed some light on that process for us. Overall it's been pretty disappointing so far seeing many people posting on Reddit with delivery dates, etc, but some very early pre orders are still unfulfilled, have received no update (or email) with shipping or status. I am happy people are getting theirs soon, but have to question why pre orders were not prioritized

I don't work for Audeze. I'm just pointing out it's really early to start throwing claims like the FAQ is wrong. I also believe it's early to be complaining about earlier pre-orders not being fulfilled yet. At this point the only real "promise" is most orders will ship by Feb 22, anything else is just people acting out in FOMO.

If you have an early pre-order and by Feb 22 your order hasn't moved to fulfilled, then I believe you are entitled to your complaints. Anything prior to the 22nd is premature.

This is a good point. Audeze said that being part of the first batch was first come, first served, but I don't know that they ever said that the shipping order within that first batch was related to your order date at all. So even if you ordered early, unless they ship the entire first production run and you're not part of it what they have said would still be accurate, unless I'm missing some statement where they indicate specific shipping order was related to order date

Yeah I imagine they have various workers and machines updating a bunch of headsets at the same time, so it wont be 1/1 by time of order since it depends on when each individual headset gets updated. Then they need to get repackaged by people and sent to the shipping team.
