Never really any danger of putting a pair of LCD on back to front of course. But my 2nd hand pair didn't have a balanced cable included so I got mavismodz on ebay to make me up that one. Thanks! It goes without saying that black&red do the job fine!

If you swap these straight over for the XC cups does it give you an LCD-3 or LCD-4?If anyone is interested I am selling my bubinga wood grilles in classifieds

It gives you something like LCD-X, but AFAIK with little less bass and more air and details. If you swap these straight over for the XC cups does it give you an LCD-3 or LCD-4?
sure you did, it is a good option for someone who can listen to both variants and can't decide lol (like me for example)Love the grill, but i bought a closed headphone not an open one for a reason.
Well it's either these or the open back Xs. You guys prefer one over the other?

X better sound stage, I like the xc bass more tbh. Best I've heardWe'd go open if there are no private obstacles in using open cans.
I ordered the XC. I want the bass! And my wife is happy with a closed back. And the xc reviewed better on head fiX better sound stage, I like the xc bass more tbh. Best I've heard
