Great review i.e. totally in-line with my own views of the lcd-x

The one difference we may have is on comfort. I find that the lcd-x is easily the most comfortable headphone I have ever used. Its like putting on a good old, broken in pair of hand stitched leather gloves. Sumptuous.

Conversely, I find the hd800s very uncomfortable. The headband invariably causing a hot spot on the top of my head, added to the uncanny effect that the huge gaps where the ear pads should meet the side of my face, makes. If they were not the greatest sounding headphone I have ever used, I would bin them without hesitation.

I’ve had both the pre and post 2021 (still have the post 21) and can say with confidence that the Abyss JOAL has a lot of what I like about the X without the comfort (weight) issues. There are still differences but I feel like if you’re looking for an upgrade it’s a really solid path.

LCD-X is Forza Audio Works Noir Hybrid headphone cable (copper / silver intertwined)

Can anyone recommend a 3.5mm cable for LCD-X? Price matters. Would prefer not to exceed $40-75, but feel free to list anything up to $150 absolute max. I'm going to be using this cable for Steam Deck and laptop. Bonus points if it looks good. I already know Audiophile Ninja is a good one at a decent price. More bonus points if I could just grab it off Amazon.
