Honestly in my 3 or 4 favorite headphones. Yes needs ew, but can get a good estimation of the "right" sound with a 10 band eq. All my main "phones are using planar in some form. i4, Noble Fokus Apollo, Campfire Audio Supermoon, Abyss Diana MR
I am fully expecting to buy a used LCD i4 soon knowing fully well they can never be serviced. Oh how foolish, but then there is nothing that sounds like it.
The Introducing the LCD-i3 thread is a little inactive, so I might just inquire about this here. I’ve been trying to find the Anker USB-C to Lightning Audio Adapter (A8718), but it seems to be permanently out of stock. I found a few alternatives that are MFi certified, but I’m not sure if they’ll work with the Audeze Cipher Lightning Cable V2. According to @Audeze the Anker A8718 has a specific Lightning Audio module from Apple. Do you think the following might interfere with the data sending to the Cipher v2?
Instead here is an EQ I've spent the last week or so tuning which sounds 95% like my KEF LS50 Meta, with my HRTF ear gain of course.

Baking soda and super glue.
Look up youtube videos on how to fix plastics using these 2 ingredients.
Use multiple thin layers of this mix until you fill in the gap. You can sand the dried mix to get whatever shape you need.
Here is an incredible sounding setup; Anker battery at the base, Raspberry Pi4 as streamer using Ropieee to stream Roon, Cayin R7 as DAC, and for some syrupy tube warmth Oriolus BA200S. Incredibly easy to set up if not a bit messy. There is probably a far better way to manage the cables or put all of this in one enclosure. But right now I don't care. The sound is sooooo good. An even simpler set up is just to plug the Lcd i4 into the Pi with the cipher cable although you could do that with your iPhone. This setup sounds better. Another variation I tried is using a Raspberry Pi Zero 2w instead of the Pi4. This is much more compact and you can downsize the battery by using a PiSugar. I am still searching for an acceptable case for that variation.
