Just wondering what your source is for this comment? I called Audeze and they said the headphones are made in USA at their plant. Now they can be stretching the "made in USA." There is a big gray area between "made in USA" & "assembled in USA."

Like you said I am sure the cans would be made in USA plant. They cannot jeopardise their image be making it in China.

An email from Audeze today says they’ll actually cost $799 but have a holiday pre-order special of $599. And they will be shipping in December.

I'm still hoping they will include a carbon fiber headband haha. That's a definite buy from me if it does

Yeah i noticed that as well, but it's strange the picture doesn't indicate it has a carbon fiber band. It's really obvious on MX4....perhaps it's painted on the LCD2C?
