So I finally lost one of the medium sized silicon tips that came with my PFEs.
 
Does Head-Fi have any recommendations of what to buy to replace them? Or should I just go with the official tips?

You can use Complys, but the stock tips are pretty good and offer a nice clear sound. I'd personally go with them unless you want to experiment with something a bit darker.

agree, just get the replacement or use Shure Olive if you want foam
