As I think about this more, I'm wondering if it makes sense to get differently terminated cables for the Eikon and Atticus so I have some options on using them... One 1/4" and one XLR? I'm expecting to use them (atm) pretty exclusively on my Jotunheim, but perhaps it makes sense to plan ahead? What do you guys think?

This is what I did- one of each. I have a few tube amps that are single ended only, so the convenience of being able to directly plug in is nice. I have pig tail adaptors, but I always have my suspicion that they're not perfectly transparent for sound quality. Ymmv

But you already have an OTL amp Joe. Why do you want another one?

Yes and I think your problem is which one amongst your amps to use...

I could not find anything on the site confirming sensitivity ratings. 103 is a nice number but meaningless unless I know if that is mW or mV

They're actually not too hard to drive, Atticus is 105db/Mw and Eikon is 106db/Mw. They sound great on high gain out of my Fiio X7 at around 70-80 volume level out of 125.

I wouldn't be concerned about driving these. @Hansotek said the Vali 1 drove the Eikons very well.
