ATH-PRO700 MK2 or ATH-WS99

I'm stuck between the two. I will be pairing them with an iPod touch 5th gen (the new one) and the fiio e11. I am a huge basshead and love tons of bass. I like my music loud and plan on using the eq on the fiio.So my question is which pair will have the most bass impact and quanity? Its my understanding the ws99 overall have better sound but I'm more interested in tons of bass. Please no other headphone suggestion but you can suggest a different amp. MUST HAVE EQ FOR BASS AND BE PORTABLE,UNDER $100 as I'm pushing my budget already with the cans themselves.

So I was just wondering if anyone could provide a comparison between these two. I too am also after some good bassy headphones, and I know that the PRO700 seems to be known for its bass, but there isn't as much feedback on the WS99 that I can find on the web. Has anyone tried both? How do they compare?

Well, I had a chance to audition these two at my local shop, and I personally found that the WS99 sounded like it had more bass, and also more treble than the PRO700MKII. The WS99 also felt more comfortable to wear.
