I've seen a thread or two on this topic, but they're pretty old. J cord IEMs are where one cord leading to the (typically right) driver is longer than the other, allowing one to wear the phones with the excess cable looped around the back of the neck. I greatly prefer this design to the dangling-in-front-of-you cords all IEMs have now; I just can't seem to find any recent J cord headphones. 
 
Anyone know any decent J cord IEMs that that didn't come out a while ago? Thanks!

Xears had several J-cood IEMs not so long ago. I'm not familiar with their latest models, best to mail Thomas at info@xears.com. He's a very nice and responsive guy.

The XEars TD III V2 Blackwood supposedly has a J-cord now (I can't confirm or deny this).  The Nature N3i headset also has a J-cord as well.
