Not sure at the moment. ReplayGain was just added to the SE180 in this week's firmware update to add support for the upcoming SEM3 module, so it is likely to come to other players in future firmware updates. As I do not have a definite confirmation, I cannot say for sure it will happen or when. I will share more info when I receive it.

I'm also looking forward to get ReplayGain in a future firmware update for SR25 MKI.

Is there anybody on this forum who knows about how to perform a system root? The reason is I would like to disable the volume swipe screen function.
By accidentally swiping the screen the volume goes up to ear damaging level in a second. My hearing is already impaired and I have to avoid an accident like this.
This function is not really a wise implementation. The volume warning message will only be activated when below 55 or close that value. It would be far more helpful
when the activation has an adjustable threshold. Maybe a future firmware update could address that problem....?
Of course I could sell the SR25 but getting a sound quality like that I would have to test different brands and that is not possible in this area.
The SE200 and SA700 have the same issue. About the rest A & Ks I dont know.

Is the problem that Quobuz downloads wont be played when the SR 25 is offline solved in the meantime?

Im planning to get the MK2 but definitely need this option to play my downloads when I`m not connected to wifi.

@Quickanddirty I saw your PM. What version of Qobuz are you using? I have both the SR25 and SR25 MK II here, so I will test and get back to you.

So thinking of getting either a SR15 or a SR25. Never use streaming just my ripped CD collection so for me i guess it it mostly battery in favor of the SR25 and slightly smaller size in favor of the SR15.

Either way do both players support WMA lossless ? Rightly or wrongly my ripped CD collection is all mostly WMA lossless and I really don't want to have to go through that again

WAV, FLAC, WMA, MP3, OGG, APE, AAC, ALAC, AIFF, DFF, DSF, MQA

but i read on 'the google' that while WMA is supported WMA lossless isn't which seemed odd but i wanted to check before spending on one of these just to find out that it didn't
hopefully it is just a case of `don't believe anything you read on the internet`

Just some info you might be interested in. I know ripping hundreds of cd's is time consuming, and that you've done so in WMA format. I purchased and use an app called, Switch, by NCH Software. It will quickly format most any audio file from one to the other, including WMA.

I just had a new experience with my SR25. I was streaming Tidal via the APK app when it paused on its own. A popup then stated: This album/track(unsure which) is playing on Airable. To continue on this device hit "OK". This happened 3 times and then I moved to the embedded app. I have just tried to duplicate the occurrence using the same album but no luck(?). Has this happened to anybody else?
