Astell & Kern SR25: The next A&norma player

Has anybody faced the same situation as mine ?
I installed tidal (sideload) but I can't start to play any song, always occurs the error that there is a network problem.
The authentication is ok, artworks are loading but the song playing is not working.
The embedded version is working normally, but it doesn't have mixes like in the full version.

I assume you have already tried logging out of the sideloaded app and logging back in again?

Yes, I've done that, but it doesn't help, also I did the reinstall, but it's same. Tidal version 2.49.0

Try a soft reset. With the player turned on, press and hold the power button down for 10 - 12 seconds until the player shuts off. Press the power button again to turn on.

Tidal app version 2.42.2 is the latest version of the app tested and approved by AK's QA team to work without issue on the SR25. Version 2.49.0 has not been tested yet. I will do some additional troubleshooting tomorrow (Monday) morning when I am back at work.

Anything on Amazon hd not working correctly? It's reporting 16bit 44khz as the sr25's capabilities. Other dap manufacturers have fixed this by having the dap report 24bit 192khz.

Mainly ibasso, hiby, and Sony. This is the only dap I've used that doesn't work right with Amazon HD.

Good morning, when I play a song in the “ISO” sr25 of a SACD converted to DFF, some songs have interference or skips in the audio, but when I am loading it they disappear and the song is heard correctly without interference, someone knows how to solve the problem as it is due Thank you.

I just tested my SR25 by playing what AmazonHD displays as, Ultra HD. It reads out as follows: Track Quality 24-bit/48kHz; Device Capability: 24-bit/48kHz; Currently Playing at: 24-bit/48kHz; Codec: FLAC

What version of Amazon HD are you using. Because I've tried like 3 and all report sr25 at 16 44khz. I'm also on the latest firmware whatever that is. Mine will absolutely not play any HD ultra files.

Looks like the 360 Reality Audio update messed up the detection on some devices. Amazon Music version 17.15.6 is the last version that works at 24/192 on my A&K DAPs.

You may still need to play a 24/192 local track before opening Amazon Music depending on what was played last.

So I should turn 360 audio off and it might work then. Cool thanks I'm just trying it out, I plan on getting the mk2 model for BT receiver and 4.4. But I expect the same problems

I didn't try turning off 360 from the settings, let me know if that works. I'm sticking to version 17.15.6 which I know works for now at up to 24/192...

OK, more info:

I tried the new Amazon Music 17.17.1 on my SP1000M and everything works: Atmos, 360 and UltraHD at 24/192 (if I play a local 24/192 track before). For my SR15 though: Atmos works, no UltraHD (only 16/44.1) and 360 audio crashes the app completely (so back to 17.15.6 on SR15). Changing the 360 audio settings didn't make a difference. I don't have the SR25 to test.
