I got Gary Numan and Flock of Seagulls keeping me company.
VLC video playback work but I see no option to rotate screen.
A&K should allow VLC and Foobar to be install on the device. Why limit your device?

This app is not free and it required Google license check so it's not going to work.

In VLC settings, it is possible to rotate.
I see it now, but you are stuck with landscape/portrait. No gyroscope sensor.In VLC settings, it is possible to rotate.

Yes, that is a limitation. The video display on the device is not ideal too due to the resolution.

have you tried to root the device given its an android ops? i reckon you would invalidate the warranty if you did this though.

Right, I disabled the floating back button. But if I launch the Tidal apk (side loaded) it’s back. In that app only.
Am I doing something wrong or can opt out of the floating back button somewhere else?

Joined the AK club today! Half an hour with the SE100 and I was sold.
Paired up with the Zeus R, there was no audible hissing at all.
Anyone know whether ID3 v2.4 tags are fully supported? Year is showing as unknown for me.

The SE100 has arrived today and I still have my LG V30 and SR15, so the analysis will begin soon.
After just listened to a few tracks out of the box, the SE100 has a noticable wider and deeper soundstage, along with incredible details in the highs compared to the SR15. I think, the already mentioned you pay twice the price for 20% improvement in sound is valid.
At the moment I am really happy for the SE100, will tell more comparision results later. The Sabre sound signature really kicks @ss as I hoped for.

Curious if anyone knows if the battery rating in the specs are based on SE or BAL output. Been doing some testing on BAL and I get about 3% drain for about 10 mins and ~13% drain for about an hours worth on 320 Mp3s @ Volume 40. Looks closer to 8-9 hours of battery life for me.
