ok - so I have never done this before but here is my attempt at the rock eq that the link I shared has
I don't play with eq much preferring a neutral sound for classical
If you don't like it it should be easy to open up and modify in the UI
I had to add a .txt. extension to the filename so change the name to Rock.dat before copying it to your player

it is - I created an eq called Rock and lo the file was there

I sent my SR15 to them in California, and they shipped it to Korea the turn around wasn't too bad. If it is just the battery they might be able to do it state side and that would be quicker - ask Jason he seems very helpful

i put my sa700 up for sale its the 30th anniversary edition with case,i must have left it on and let battery go dead, because it works fine now, no fast battery drain or anything, i left it on idling all day yesterday it went from 100% to 98% in like 10 hours sounds awesome, but just lack of ability to install a android music player , kills it for me, i love Poweramp...lol

What was in the update?
Does anyone know the which of the latest Tidal, Qobuz app versions will now work with the SA700?
Also, is the SA700 able to install Roon or Roon Arc or is that a permanent no due to its architecture?

- Fixes a bug where year could not be set past 2023 in date/time setting.
- Fixed issue with connection of AK CD Ripper MK II to SA700
- Various system stability and bug fixes

Since the underlying version of Android OS was not updated, the latest Tidal, Qobuz and Roon apps that only support newer Android versions will not be supported.

I can't find any information about it.
Shame they can't update the android version with this model.

To date AK was never known to provide update for the Android version of their players including those on their top tier models.
