No new Apple Music App Update for Kann Max? App reminds me every start that there is a new one....
Can’t expect support anymore from @JasonNYC and the rest of the team as the Kann Max has already gone the fate of obsolete devices.

And they have turned off their own network???

I am connected to the internet with VERIZON FIOS with the Kann Max and when I try to update I always get the following error:

“Cannot connect to network. Check Wif-fi connection”

We did have a period with the transition to a new parent company on March 1 that our servers were being transferred. We also used that time for server upgrades, but everything should be running normally now. We will begin pushing out new app updates this month to all DAPs.

Qobuz issue discussed in August 2024 wherein you were going to give us an update which we’re still awaiting as it seems. “No news on Kann Max?” was a follow up.
