New firmware to be released in the next 24 hours for KANN CUBE.

Firmware changes include:

• New Open APP Services added: 7Digital, Apple Music, Audiobooks from Audible, BBC iPlayer Radio, Foobar2000, IDAGIO, Last.FM, Onkyo Music, Player FM and Yandex Music.
• 1TB microSD card support
• Other operational stability improvements

Excellent customer service response to changing needs.

I updated firmware to 1.13CM. But there are no new services Tidal was updated from 1.7 to 1.8 that's it. I do not see 7Digital, Apple Music, Audiobooks from Audible, BBC iPlayer Radio, Foobar2000, IDAGIO, Last.FM, Onkyo Music, Player FM or Yandex Music.

You have to add them yourself via OpenAPK service, they are not embedded apps.

Just curious in what way the fit is sloppy on Miter case? I have the case and I think it fits great. Is it something that if I had both A&K and Miter I would notice?

There is nothing wrong with the Miter case. You are dealing with a symptom: if something is three times more expensive, it must be better, just must be. Otherwise paying three times more would look silly.

I have the MITER case and it is pretty tight. Once you tuck the Cube in, it is pretty hard to pull it back out. Not sloppy at all. Also it is a stand case and I like it very much like that on the table. I don't think A&K case is a stand case.

Please a/b I’d love to hear your results.

I conpared the native Tidal app to the APK downloaded app, and I could not hear a difference. I’m using Shure Se846 headphones on the balanced port. At one point I thought maybe there was an extremely small difference(cleaner, and more pronounced midrange), but after more listnening I don’t think so. If you really want a good test, do a blind comparison. Have a friend switch between the two sources without letting you know which is which, or sometimes even if he is switching sources at all. This is the ultimate test.
