Nice app, giving interesting information on my android phone. However, on Kann Cube I can not install it, at least not the version 1.33 to Cube 1.16 firmware version.I am curious abot the CPU and RAM of the KANN CUBE. If you have a KANN CUBE, you can install CPU-Z application and view your device's spesifications from the app. Can someone do this and share the specs with us?

Hello, I am a newbie who just joined this board. I have a couple of questions.
I recently upgrade from a standard Kann to the Kann Cube. I learned that it is possible to continue to use the old A&K PEE11 balanced XLR cable (2.5mm 4-pole balanced + 3.5mm Gnd to dual XLR) with my new Kann Cube. I tried it and it works but I noticed that even if I set it to Line Out (amp low) the volume controls are active. What is the recommended volume level when setting the Line-Out in this manner?
Thanks

Once you turn on Line Out, move the volume knob and you will see a Line Out icon in the middle of the screen. Press it and Line Out will be enabled. It's a safety feature to make sure Line Out wasn't enabled by accident.Hello, I am a newbie who just joined this board. I have a couple of questions.

Jason, for some reason I was not seeing that line out icon in the middle of my screen and I was able to change the volume even though the Line Out shortcut at the top was on. After pressing the elusive button the volume is now fixed at 2V. Thank you!

I also revisited a song that was played very loudley at that time. But this time ist wasnt so loud, I wanted to compare the low/mid/high at different volumns. It sounded great but for some reason the volume was altered. Im not complaining, its a great feature. is that a standard Astell and kern software thing or what? it was very weird But i really appreciated it non the less

Welcome to the Astell&Kern family. I also found the DX220 lacking. Sold it!

Wait till you’ve run it in, I can’t find a single fault with the sound quality and the power on tap, it just seems to get better as time goes by.
I couldn’t be without it now, the only issue is staying up into the early hours listening to it through the week.

Even song ive downloaded dont load. why do artists and songits dits appear in offline if I havent downloaded them before? I love the sound of the kann cube but I feel like throwing though a solid window. does it not work well with quobuz? it makes me mad with the kann but i know its a good item. what is going wrong?? why are my offline downlaods not working with no internet?im about to sell or throw this player in a deep hole. which saddents me as it sounds good
