iRiver USA is located in Irvine, CA so ring during pacific time business hours.
To me it looks like a foreign company without adequate support in the U.S., or growing pains.
Wish I could find someone to change the battery in my KANN. It overheats badly but that seems to be the only problem I've noticed with it. It works okay when I first turn it on, but then it heats up rapidly. to the point I cannot touch it. Looks like contacting the comps y is useless.
We do offer battery replacement service for a small fee. You would need to send your player into your local authorized service center for replacement.
