Regarding Roon Arc app, I did not get a response from the Roon team, but just tried it and it is working again without issue. This is the latest version - v. 1.0.53 that I downloaded directly from Roon's website - https://roon.app/en/downloads

I let the HQ team know and asked them to update the app version on the server to 1.0.53. I tested on both the SP3000 and SP3000T and both are now working without issue.

Thanks for this. I did the same last night and manually sideloaded the latest version on to my SP3000 - works great. Glad to have ARC back!

@JasonNYC - thinking of purchasing the AK SP 3000 this week. I had a last concern/question and couldn’t find any mention here, is it possible to use a usb-c to RJ45 ethernet adapter to use a wired lan connection? Wifi at my office is spotty and only hardwired internet would work. Thanks in advance!

Hey there Cedric, as a network engineer i needed to test this out of curiosity :D, I tested with mine and seems to work just fine, but there isnt anything telling you it works, meaning that there is nothing confirming that the USB is working or not, it just does, i logged into Roon ARC, Qobuz and Tidal via the apps and with the wifi disabled everything was working fine.

Hope it helps!

Definitely the first time this question has been asked. I see someone already responded.

Technically, all Android-based AK players can use accessories connected via OTG, so most likely a USB to ethernet adapter should work, but it has not been officially tested or supported.
