Dear all,

I want to change my default opamp on my Audiotrak Prodigy XT. Its stock opamp on headphones circuit is JRC5532.

Could you please help me to decide what opamp that suitable and better than JRC 5532? What about LM49860?

Oya on line out section, i have changed default opamp 2134 with AD826. Any more recommendation?

Thanks for your response..

The 5532 are generic opamps that have been used in a great deal of audio gear over the years.
The  LM49860 is much clearer and cleaner then the 5532 so you might want to keep that in mind.

To make a suggestion, what is wrong with what you currently hear?

Audio GD opamps have high distortion and will color your audio, food for thought.

Honestly though, the difference between opamps is negligible, most of the people here couldn't abx them if they tried.
