TI OPA1612In the opa1 slots which op amps are you using ?
They are very smooth sounding. But probably a bit lack of resolution. I just bought a pair of Ss22590 pro. Will tested it once I got them.
Is the Burson V5i in the input stage, more appropriate consideing resolution, stage and dynamic?
Thanks
Thanks

- Managed to connect Hugo2 SE output to A100TB balanced input with very good results, see following connections with the cables I had at hand:
- Hugo2 SE 3.5mm output
- 3.5mm male to 3.5mm male interconnect cable by Audioquest
- 3.5mm female to 3.5mm female adapter
- 3.5mm male to 4.4mm female interconnect short cable by Nicehk
- 4.4mm male to 4.4mm male 5pole interconnect short cable by iFi
- A100TB balanced input
Sounds great, no issue.

I would very much appreciate any impression of Shock. Interesting set up.
Loving the Jewel with a tube amp, the Feliks Euforia. Just lends it that bit of warmth that makes it sound even better, for my taste. Boosts the bass as well.
I bought the Jewel for the second time a few months ago. Very happy with it and will keep it for the foreseeable future.

What's the comfort level of the Yatano Ultimate? I'm thinking about trying the 4W version. It just look like a jumping rope.I am using my Jewel with Brise Yatono ultimate 8w and I can hear much improvements over the stock cable. Mids are fuller, sub bass rumble and mid bass have definitely improved.
Sparkos SS2590 Pro are huge. Also just one problem I notice that the pin for the adapter is a bit thin. When use the extension from Burson it's very loose. Anyone get some adapter to recommended for a tight fit?

My A100 doesn't have that problem, so I just build a tower of babel with bridges to push the op amp up, but it doesn't pose much of a problem in the setup. So often I used Staccato, etc.

Aroma Fei Wan is inda house!
To my ears it’s the most musical but still very technical set Aroma ever made.
I can’t ask a better tuning, mids are to die, bass is punchy and fast but bodied and richer than Jewel bass.
Highs are natural never harsh or thin, and staging is incredible good, much better than 2500/4000$ set I heard.
I found my cup of tea, at least for now
