I don't think anyone from here is going to be able to tell on that low quality of a pic.
How much are they $80? $50? most people on here will tell you there are better headphones to be had for $50 any way, weather you want a lot of bass or not.

There are billions of fakes on the market - hard to say from one picture - probably hard to say from listening to them as well - since I have heard the fakes sound almost as good as the real thing - not that it is a high hurdle.
