I have a few-year-old pair of Westone UM2 that are my absolute favorites. Recently, when replacing the comply tip on the left one, I noticed the clear, plastic stem that the comply tip slides onto had sort of twisted, I have no idea how or why. Sound quality seems to not suffer but the stem looks like it is weak, and may eventually snap off or crack in half. I notice it looks like the stem piece is glued on to the body of the earpiece. Has anyone had a stem repaired or replaced on a UM2. I know I have had some incredible customer service from Westone before with various cable issues and such. Let me know...
