I am after a cheap pair of earphones. These seem to fit the bill. I already have the e10s which are amazing. What do you think is the king of the budget

Never had a chance to try these out.  I really want to, but I would think that these will be around similar to the Nano Carbon from JVC in ear.  Therefore, I would jump to my own conclusion.  The king of the budget of which I known now are no other than IM-70 and IM-50.

I was lucky to grab an M-70 for 86.00$ on Amazon, and now they are all 110+ ....woops.  Nothing I have came across which can stand up to these.  Very "natural" sounding.

If you are lucky IM50 can be had for around 50 bucks, and IM70 for me was under 90

What is the "budget" price limit?

I don't know how good the e10s sound like, but Pistons are the best sounding $25 earphones I've heard, not to mention the build quality with metal housing and sleeved cables. Others at similar price that you find at your local electronics store are several leagues behind.

The king of budget audio goods is VE Monk (+), every penny you pay for it is worth it. Period
