I feel sure the answer to my problem is somewhere in the maze of material on Head-Fi, but I really don't know how to go about accessing it and would like to learn the proper connectivity to my Samsung laptop ,, so please forgive my "newbieness!"
 
I just received the E07K Dac and want to pair it with my laptop which is a Samsung with Windows 8.1.
