Just got my pair today, the sound out of box is pretty incredible for it's price. The stock cable is very bad though.

It has extreme "plastic used on toys for toddlers" vibes

very plasticky, but the headphones themselves seem sturdy and haven't noticed any creaks or anything. The "wings" that sit on your head take some getting used to but it's nice to have a suspension system that doesn't require me to constantly adjust sliders or w/e. Waiting on a custom hart cable that i can use with my periapt splyt cable that i already have with XLR termination.

I use the Effect Audio Eros S cable, with it these headphones produce very detailed sound. I really like these Refine.

Agreed, I just got mine today. It's way too soon for me to say much, but they are quite nice for the price. Comfy, but barely fit on my big fat head!

I am surprised they seem to need so much power, started with the Nitsch Pietus Maximus and had the volume knob between 12 and 2 on the amp's high gain setting. These definitely need some juice! Very smooth and enjoyable sound, decent bass but not bass monsters (no surprise).

Has anyone here tried it with the Ori pads? What do you think of Ori pads vs stock Refine pads? How hard was it to swap them?
