I always buy my CDs there, never had any problems, except that sometimes their expected ordering time for some more rare items can be off.

I've bought lots of HDCD's and some DVD's there, and for good, low prices compared to anywhere else, even if I could find the rare titles they have.
Never a problem with them, and they ship quick. Good place.

there's a chance of them not being able to find the item from their suppliers if it's not "instock, ready to ship in 1-2 days". there have been a few times where i ordered items that were in stock, but ships within 7 days, that were never found/fulfilled.

other than that, they're usually pretty good. i've had good experiences with their customer service the few times i've had to contact them.
