I'm thinking of putting together something of an event, and also am just genuinely interested in if any headfiers were around here. I'm in the San Gabriel Valley area, really close to Pasadena (where I go to do research, music rehearsal, or hang out with friends, it's a great town, or rather, city).

There have been past LA meets, although the last one was unfortunately canceled due to the complaints of some about upfront costs.

Yes, there are quite a few of us around LA. I shuttle between the South Bay and Century City 99% of the time, but would hit the Valley for a get-together.

Im about 2 hours NE of LA. I take pretty frequent trips to LA to my buddies place and hopefully soon to surf/shop.

I live in Redlands, about 1 hour from Pasadena. If I am not working I would consider attending.

As far as it goes in the LA area...

...if you build it (a meet that is), they will come.

I've never seen such a thing as a poorly attended LA meet. There are always more folks showing up than expected.

I'm from El Monte, but I'm currently living at the dorms in UC Irvine.

I'll find a way to make a meet since I missed CanJam and sorely regretted it.
