About once or twice a week, I'll feel a pinprick or a small pop in my ear, I'll shove my pinkie in there to investigate and lo and behold my ear is emptying out RIVERS of oil.


Anyone get this?

Oil? I had rivers of water coming out after a swim, but it was never oily. Perhaps some kinds of earwax get dissolved easier?

See a doctor. The scenarios that form in my mind as explanations all involve some kind of medical aspect. Like a small plasma blister in the ear. Do you use IEMs a lot?

Meh, rivers may be an exaggeration. I stick my finger in and its all wet, but it never seeps out the ear.

Haven't used my IEMs in a long time.

Next time it happens I'll taste it and see if its oil or water.
