I don't think I have tiny ears, but I just can NOT get these things to stay on. Has anyone else had this problem?

It could be because of the foamies. I had the same problem untill I loose one of the stock foamies and replaced them by new ones. The new ones are a bit thicker and, in my experience, stay better put on the phone AND in the ear.

I don't remember the brand. They came by three pairs (black, blue and red). I'm in France, I don't knwo if the same brand is available in US. I will check the brand name next time I go there.

I don't know about the sound, but at 13.5mm diameter the Sony MDR-E837 might have been one of the best-fitting earbuds for me. A better fit also translates into better sound, and from hearsay the E837 might have been the best sounding 13.5mm earbuds Sony ever came up with

I purchased a set of Radio Shack replacement foamies for my MX400's. They come with two sets, one large and one small. Try and see which work best with your ears.
