I did send them back, last Friday. Etymotic gave me their UPS account number, so the only thing I wasted was 15 minutes of my time.

I bought a mp3 player from eBay once. Received the item from some random webshop... thought the shop is associated with the eBay account. Then, I received a 2nd mp3 player from Amazon. I was like What? Notice the eBay seller used stolen CC to order item UNDER MY NAME.

So the guys gets paid by me, and used stolen CCs to order item under MY NAME.

Had to contact the webshop, Amazon, eBay, and the guy with the stolen CC...

That IIRC has nothing to do with the carrier, but with the fact of being unsolicited merchandise, but on top I'm sure that if Etymotics shipped them, for sure they already get paid for them, I do not know of any company that will ship merchandise unless they have a way of charging for it first...

So probably they got the payment, and the Etys back....good deal...
