Depending on location, I might be able to convince a couple of other local Head-fi-ers to come if we all carpooled.  Very big if depending on location, though.  The difference in distance isn't minor, after all.

I'm guessing Indianapolis or Cincinatti would be best for you guys?

I'm in no place to organize, so I'd need someone with experience, resources, etc. to organize it.

Not quite in the cities you listed, but not that far off either: Nashville Music City Meet is coming up on Sept 20th. Just a thought!

Just wanted to chime in that I would be interested in attending any type of meet in in the Indianapolis/Cincinnati/Louisville area.  
 
I'm not in any position to actually know how to (or want to) organize one though.
