Done 28 reps with the HG200. Got my HG250 today. 12 reps, cold. Ripped a 180 page magazine in half, the hard way.. Then doubled the ripped half and tore it again in smaller pieces. I know there are phone book ripping tricks that allow anyone to do it.. Not what I'm looking for. Only seen one legit yellow pages phone book tear on Youtube. Disappointing really. My ego was rubbed today though. Seen a former manager at work today. When we shook hands he said I nearly killed him. His face grimaced a bit. He is a big guy and former bouncer and body guard. I'm just happy the hard work is paying off. I put myself through hell with my grip regime. I dread it, yet love it. Ripping gives me such a rush..
But I'm curious to know about the others who said they would give hand strengthening a try. Please tell me your progress it made on your other lifts that require a strong grip. Lat pull downs, pull ups, deadlifts.
