I am finding the recommended volume level of 50 too low and need at least a volume level of 75/80 for comfortable listening. Is everybody's experience similar or I am having a problem with my ears / device? Any recommended earphones for optimal listening experience with this device.
The device is absolutely marvellous.

Hi, Regarding volum level, I too experience same problem 75/80 is the minimum volume I need to listen to music comfortably. Lesser than 70 is low volume for me. Do I need to change any settings? Any findings that had improved your listening experience.

I am currently using Apple Music version 3.10 and downloading my music to the SD Card which has been formatted to FAT32. However, after each reboot, the device and Apple Music does not recognize the downloaded files in the SD Card, which then I will have to redownload the whole library again. Any help would be appreciated

What is the brand and speed of the SD card? Have you tired formatting it to NTFS?

It is a Sandisk Xtreme, I’ve tried both NTFS and FAT32. I think I figured out what really happened. It needs to scan the whole SD card again whenever I restart it, I learned this as I was messing around with my other DAP that supports Apple Music. Since the CT10 has a much weaker processor, this process takes a while. Gotta be very patient I guess

Hi , Just wondering If I am only looking to play Flacs and stream using Spotify ( Or If possible Apple Music ) . IS CT10 still sufficient in 2023 ? Or would it be too slow ?

If not what are my other options ? I am between this or fiio m6 but I dont want full blown android. So..
