For me, in general, it would have to be in an odd-numbered week. And then it depends on my schedule. So knowing well in advance when it's going to be would help me tremendously (and I'm guessing others too).

Oh, I just realized something. It's going to be quite a trek back up north. So why not do it Saturday? We could then maybe squeeze in dinner too. (My alarm clock is set at 05:30.)

Silly me, I still appear to be stuck in the American calendar!

So then that would leave January 7th (not good for digitalmind), the 21st, and February 4th. Saturdays would be quite difficult for me.

So the two top choices thus far are January 21st and February 4th.

The 7th wouldn't be possible for me, or I'd have to travel roughly 5 hours to and from the meet.
The 21st is ok. I'll drive back from Germany on the 20th so that's definitely possible. Feb 4th would be ok aswell.
