I have no clue, but you don't want to waste time with the 500s. They are worse then KSC-35s. By far.

Yeah, well, I would mainly be looking at the HD580. I don't want to buy a $200 headphone sight unseen!

I just wish I can test the Porta Corda amp before buying it too

Wai Joe, lay ho. You probably remember dkswong was from Hong Kong too and had those headphones when he discussed about the Labtec Elite 840 headphones verse other hi-cans on this board. Why not trying sending him an email about where he got those headphones from?
