Are they reputable?
How hard did you get hit with duties/taxes?
Any preferences for USPS or Fedex?

Have not ordered from them,but they seen legit from all that I've read here and other places.
As for taxes and customs, using FedEx or UPS you will be hit with customs and taxes and let us not forget our crappy Canadian dollar exchange rate.
One of the good thing about buying from Asia is they low ball the cost so you don't have to pay all that. The flip side is if it gets lost in delivery (happens alot) you will be stuck without anything.

They are one of the most reputable companies around. Drew is a class act and very easy to deal with. But with anything, you'll get hit with HST at the border like anything coming into the country for the value that's listed.
