Who are we kidding, everything after DSOTM was Waters driving the lyrics and concepts, and DSOTM was mostly Waters as well.

Perhaps I have low standards... but I am 25 and have managed to accumulate quite a list here... I'll rattle off a few that stick out in my iTunes library just for yuks, trying to leave out the really obvious stuff... there's more in the CD rack that I can't be arsed to go through and pick...

Adrian Belew - Young Lions (some Bowie on here with him)
Duncan Browne - The Wild Places
Duncan Browne - Streets of Fire
A note on Duncan Browne - I was listening to Bowie's 1983 album _Let's Dance_, which has a song called Criminal World on it. I quite liked the track. Turns out it's a cover. The original is on a 1976 glam rock album simply called _Metro_. I found _Metro_, frigging loved it, and found that one of the major constituents was Duncan Browne. Found these two albums and they are awesome!
Lindsey Buckingham - Out of the Cradle
Kate Bush - The Dreaming (!!! UNBELIEVABLE !!! 2nd fav album of all time)
China Crisis - Flaunt the Imperfection
Genesis - Duke
Daryl Hall - Sacred Songs (solo album he did with Robert Fripp, total sleeper!)
Nick Heyward - From Monday to Sunday
Joe Jackson - Look Sharp!
Joe Jackson - Night and Day
Joe Jackson - Body and Soul
Joe Jackson - Blaze of Glory
Joe Jackson - Laughter and Lust
John Lennon - Plastic Ono Band
John Lennon - Imagine
Metallica - eponymous
Metro (see above re Duncan Browne...)
Moist - Creature
Odds - Nest
Jaco Pastorius - eponymous
Phoenix - United
Phoenix - Alphabetical
Phoenix - It's Never Been Like That
(band's whole studio album output thus far, new album out in May! hope the trend carries...)
Pretenders - eponymous
Pretenders - II
R.E.M. - New Adventures in Hi-Fi
Roxy Music - Avalon (sorry......)
The Sighs - What Goes On (unbelievable slice of early 90's power pop that nobody's ever heard of...)
Sloan - One Chord to Another
Sloan - Navy Blues
The Smithereens - Especially for You
The Smithereens - Green Thoughts
Squeeze - Some Fantastic Place
Squeeze - Ridiculous
Chris Squire - Fish out of Water
Steely Dan - Can't Buy a Thrill
Steely Dan - Countdown to Ecstasy
Steely Dan - Pretzel Logic
Steely Dan - Katy Lied (my personal fav)
Steely Dan - The Royal Scam
Steely Dan - Aja
The Stranglers - Rattus Norvegicus
The Stranglers - No More Heroes
The Stranglers - The Raven
The Stranglers - (The Gospel According To) The Meninblack
The Stranglers - La Folie
The Stranglers - Feline
I can honestly say I abhor at least one track on each of the big Supertramp albums....
Tears for Fears - The Hurting
Tears for Fears - Songs from the Big Chair
Paul van Dyk - Reflections
The Watchmen - In The Trees
The Watchmen - Brand New Day
XTC - Drums and Wires
XTC - Black Sea
XTC - English Settlement (3rd fav album of all time)
XTC - Mummer
XTC - The Big Express
XTC - Skylarking
10cc - eponymous
10cc - Sheet Music
10cc - The Original Soundtrack
10cc - How Dare You! (fav album of all time)
10cc - Deceptive Bends

Not much older stuff, and some repeats, I know:

Angie Aparo, Out of the Everywhere
Cowboy Junkies, The Trinity Session
David Gray, White Ladder
Jeff Buckley, Grace
M.Ward, Transfiguration of Vincent
Radiohead, The Bends
Radiohead, OK Computer
Ryan Adams, Heartbreaker
Smashing Pumpkins, Siamese Dream

Tried to keep true to the game; many came close, but not quite all were good on the album.

usually only smaller bands and older bands, I feel like newer commercial bands only put out a few good tracks then put some filler in there.

The only cd ever that I can think of from the top of my head right now where I can honestly say I love all the tracks would have to be:

Amelie - OST (Yann Tiersen)
