Spectrogram analysis is how the first phone number was discovered as well; you should call the number if you haven't already:

This artificial fabrications of "real" intrigue really are quite silly to me. Find no interest in them. Real intrigue is the job of good writers, not of marketing people. And speaking of well written intrigue, I'm looking forward to the final volume of Harry Potter.

I as well. Geesh, some in this thread are so jaded, I wonder if there is an ounce of wonder or joy left in their hearts. Everyone is a critic.

Time to unplug for a while and maybe one might not be so condescending?

I don't have much experience with viral marketing. But I do look forward to a nin release months ahead. So this has been an interesting diversion!

BTW, I think the first two leaked songs are really good too...

QFT.

I don't "get" the whole viral marketing thing. Why should I, the consumer, have to put so much effort into chasing clues, etc. etc. for something I'm supposed to buy? Does that make me cooler than other people who don't care about buying the product?

If you want to dig deeper into something, literature or history will reward you more than some faux-hipster marketing exec. So would pretty much anything else that isn't a consumer good.

Oh, and I do like NIN. Hope they'll put out their new disc on SACD, like the Downward Spiral.
