Really, we need this feature badly. I have a little inkling that it's turned off for certain users and not for others, as |joker| can update his big IEM and portable headphone review threads perfectly fine. If Jude is concerned about abuse, there wasn't any abuse before the change so why would anyone think there would be now? If you want to restrict it, why not just do it like the FT / Trade classifieds and base the privilege of time / posts etc....
It's just baffling that we can't edit the title of threads you started anymore.
Jude, users don't mind change in looks / use of the a website but users will always about worse functionality.

That said, it's actually harder to use the features here than with the Old Head-fi format, particuarly with adding pictures and video. Unneeded added steps.
That said, I know, the new way is easier for novices but can we please have actual BBCode functionality for more advanced users like [youtube] video [/youtube], text for bold text etc etc....
