Hello!

I am currently using a pair of Soundmagic HP100 headphones with a Fiio E07 playing FLAC files from a laptop.

I have a budget of £250 ($400) for an amplifier. I do not need portability. Any recommendations?

Oh, and how important is an 'async' USB for laptop use?
