Hi there,
 
in the moment I am testing the Fiio E06 on my DT 770 Pro 80 Ohm and I think I'm expecting a little more from an Amp. Now the question: is there any DIY kit which I can assamble which is a little better than the Fiio E06. I'm not disappointed but it could be better.

DIY kit? What are you looking for? If you don't like the headphones an amp isn't going to make you like them.
 
What source and music are you using? I would say a Fiio E07k is much better than the E6.

Those E3/5/6/7 are very poor amplifiers, and the only DIY portable amps that I've read good feedback about are the amb.org Mini3 or various cMoy builds.  Don't expect a big difference, mind you.

I think the E07k and the E17 are pretty good.

What source are you using? You could certainly go with something like the Fiio X3 or X5. There are a ton of amps like the Headstage arrow and iBasso etc.
