I already have Asus Xonar DG on my computer, but is it really needed to buy an AMP for HD600? What is the best AMP under 150$?

You might be okay with that sound card. However, the HD600 has a really high impedance (300 Ohms), so some amps (and possibly your sound card) will have trouble generating the voltage needed to maximize the HD600's sound quality. Unless someone around here has tried this combination, the only way to kow for sure is to try it....

If you end up wanting an amp, I would recommend checking out the Schiit Vali. That is their entry level tube amp. I've tried the Magni with my HD600, and that still sounds "good" overall, but it can be harsh sometimes, and I definitely prefer my Valhalla. Either way, Vali sells for $119 and Magni sells for $99. They are a couple of the best amps you can get under $150.

You should be fine..the 600s are fairly sensitive.
Although its not a bad idea to upgrade.

The HD 600 scales very well with higher end equipment.  Eventually you're going to want to upgrade to a good external DAC and amplifier.  I'd probably upgrade the amp first.
