Hey guys, I'm probably going to be purchasing a pair of Ultrasone Pro 900 and they will be both for home and on the go use. (I don't mind the bigness of the cans on the go.) I am looking into getting a amp for them, and I've heard good things about the iBasso D4 Mamba.
 
Would that be a wise choice (iPod classic gen 5.5 source, will get a LOD from the iBasso variety, good quality files.) or would some other amp in the same price range serve better? I confess I do not understand all the intricacies and features and phrases of the audio world, so excuse me if I've said something completely idiotic or obvious to other people

Im looking for the same thing, my pro 900's will be coming and id like to know what are the best portable amps for it. Im looking at pico slim/ rsa mustang. I listen to trance and bass heavy music, what would you guys recommend? thx
