Hello Head-fi community, this is my first ever post probably on any forum ever!

Well, my question is, I really want to invest in an amp to really explore what my equipment can get me.
All I have right now is an Ipod mini with Rockbox (just installed it... 7 min ago?)
And some UE Super.Fi 5 Pros I just bought last week. Yes I am very new to this!

I plan on getting a new Music player soon.

Right now, I am looking for an amp thats going to provide me portability and SQ.
I can spend around 100 bucks, maby more if absolutly necessary.
Any sugesstions?

: I am looking for something that will be used at the home computer and hopefully during my 2 hour breaks between class.

All my amps cost me no more than $160.
There are many on the For Sale forums on Head-Fi $100 and less.
Go take a peek!

Please don't expect that amping you headphone(especially IEMs) will make a huge difference, but an improvement only.

If I'm looking for an amp at about $100, I'd like to get a Mini^3

It is a DIY amp, if you don't know how to make one, there are few professional builder can help you, for example, MisterX or thrice.

My M^3 is said to be a home version of the Mini^3. It sounds way better than some commercial amps I had before. If I upgrade my amp later, I'm sure it will be another DIY amp.
